Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Most of our products are made to order with care by our trusted production partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery within the United States is 5–10 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–17 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many international destinations. Estimated delivery for international orders is 10–21 business days after processing, depending on your location and customs clearance. Please note that customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made to order, we are only able to make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at shinebrightergrace@gmail.com if you need to make a change. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and we may not be able to accommodate the request.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind the quality of every item we send. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shinebrightergrace@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund. Refunds are not issued for incorrect size selections, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How do I find the right size?
Each apparel product page includes a sizing guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary by style and cut. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Are your products printed or embroidered?
Our products are produced by trusted print-on-demand partners using high-quality printing methods. Specific production details vary by product. If you have a question about a particular item, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Will colors look exactly as shown?
We do our best to display accurate product colors, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process. If color accuracy is important to you, please reach out before ordering.
Do you offer custom or personalized products?
At this time, we do not offer custom personalization. All designs are as shown on the product page. Stay tuned — we're always adding new pieces to the collection.
