At Shine Brighter Grace, each item is made to order. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
