Do you ship to Texas and other U.S. states?

Yes. We ship to eligible U.S. addresses, including Texas and most U.S. states. If a product has a location restriction, checkout will show the available shipping options.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships and the carrier receives the package, tracking information will be sent by email.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Many Shine Brighter Grace items are made after you order. Production and shipping time can vary by product.

For apparel and custom-made items, production usually takes about 2–7 business days before shipping. Shipping time depends on the destination and selected shipping method.

For Korean skincare items, processing usually takes 0–2 business days. Standard delivery may take about 2–3 weeks after carrier handoff. Express delivery may take about 3–5 business days after carrier handoff when available.

Are products already made or made after ordering?

Some items, like apparel and gifts, are made after your order is placed. This helps avoid waste and allows each item to be created carefully.

Are the Korean skincare products good quality?

We choose Korean skincare products carefully and review product details, ingredients, pricing, and customer interest before adding them to the store. Product ingredients are shown when available so customers can review what they are buying.

Can I return an item?

Because many items are made to order, we do not accept general returns for wrong size, color preference, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and clear photos so we can review it.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free U.S. shipping on eligible orders over $70. Some products or locations may have different shipping rules based on carrier availability.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Guam, or Saipan?

Some products may have restrictions or different shipping options for Hawaii, Guam, or Saipan. Please contact us before ordering if you are shipping to one of these locations.
